T&C – Key Points
- Booking deposit – A £35 deposit applies to sessions booked with vouchers. Sessions purchased directly from the studio (session fee) do not require a booking deposit.
- Deposit refund – The £35 voucher deposit is refundable only if you book and attend your in-studio viewing appointment within 90 days of the session.
- Rescheduling – One free reschedule is allowed with at least 14 days’ written notice; the deposit will be held and applied to the new date.
- Late reschedule / cancellation / no-show – Late reschedules (less than 14 days’ notice), cancellations, or no-shows forfeit the £35 deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook.
- Viewing deadline – Your in-studio viewing appointment must be booked and attended no later than 90 days after the session. If you do not attend within 90 days, images may be deleted and the deposit forfeited.
- In-studio viewing only – All image selection and proofs are provided in-studio only. No online galleries or remote proofs are offered.
- No mobile photos – Personal mobile photography or recording in the studio or during viewings is not permitted.
- Prints – Purchasing prints does NOT grant the right to copy, duplicate, scan, or upload them online.
- Digital files – Purchasing digital images grants an unlimited personal-use licence for those files (not for commercial use).
- Promotional use – Dumbletons Studio will not use your images for promotion or portfolio unless you provide written consent.
- Data & storage – We keep client images for 90 days. Because storage is limited, images may be permanently deleted after 90 days. We do not offer extended storage and we will not notify you before deleting images.
- Newborn safety – Safe posing only; parents/guardians must follow the photographer’s instructions. If a baby/child is unwell, please contact us to reschedule.
- Faults & refunds – Refunds are available only for faulty products; notify us within 14 days of receipt.
